2. Custom Printed Products
All products sold on our website are custom printed and made to order based on the information, artwork, and specifications provided by the customer.
Because all items are personalised, orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.
3. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate order information
- Checking spelling, design placement, sizing, and uploaded artwork before purchase
- Ensuring they have permission to use any uploaded images, logos, or designs
We are not liable for errors approved by the customer during the ordering process.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where payment has not been successfully completed.
5. Production and Delivery
Estimated production and delivery times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Courier services
- Customs processing
- Incorrect shipping information supplied by the customer
- Events outside our reasonable control
Risk in the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.
6. Refunds and Returns
Due to the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless there is a manufacturing or print fault caused by us.
If an item arrives faulty or damaged, customers must contact us within 14 days of delivery with photographic evidence of the issue.
