Refund policy
At Strain Labels, all products are custom printed and made to order specifically for each customer. Because of the personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
- Incorrect size selection
- Change of mind
- Customer-uploaded design errors
- Ordering mistakes made by the customer
Under UK consumer law, customised and personalised goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cancellation and return rights once production has begun.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your order arrives with a print fault, manufacturing defect, or damage caused during production, we will gladly replace or refund the affected item.
To report an issue, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Clear photographs showing the issue
Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Important Notes
- Minor colour variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process and are not considered faults.
- We are not responsible for errors in artwork, spelling, or designs submitted by customers.
- Claims made outside the reporting period may not be accepted.
